Following the Government announcement on Monday 4th January 2021, we wanted to update you on steps we are taking to keep our team members and business partners safe, whilst continuing to support our customers.

As we support the construction industry our Sandford depot will remain open and is fully operational. We will operate to government guidelines including all social distancing and hygiene recommendations.

If you are visiting our depot please telephone 017683 41400 in advance of arrival. All visitors must wear a face mask and sanitise their hands before entering our building. Social distancing must be maintained at all times.

We do have technician availability to carry out any urgent LOLER inspections. Please telephone 017683 41400 to arrange an inspection.

Spare Parts

Our parts stock holding is extremely strong meaning availability is as good as ever, for now our supply partner routes are open and we continue to be replenished with stock as required.

All our parts delivery partners have devised safe methods of delivery including removing the need to sign for packages and replacing with safer options such as photo capture proof of delivery.

We will also make provisions for those who need to collect their emergency parts only, direct from are depot. We will ensure safe methods of working that include a 2m separation from staff and other customers, hand sanitiser will be available at our parts counter. If you are experiencing any symptoms at all please do not come to our office and opt for the delivery service instead.
