Operator Training

We can train your operators to carry out routine maintenance. keeping machines running at peak performance.
We offer full training to the machine operative when we sell a new piece of equipment. This will include guidance on required daily checks and instruction on simple maintenance tasks.

Emergency Breakdown Assistance

One call is all it takes – saving precious time. When a breakdown occurs, Taylor & Braithwaite respond immediately with all the tools required to get you back up and running. Our engineers go through extensive, on-going training programs at our manufacturer’s facilities, ensuring they are highly skilled when it comes to working on your machine. They have direct access to manufacturers for expert support. We also provide telephone support, helping to identify issues remotely, saving time and avoiding costs from site visits.

Bespoke Fabrication

At Taylor & Braithwaite we have a fully equipped fabrication workshop. Our coded welders provide a machine modification and refurbishment service on all types of machinery, including additional guarding and bucket modifications.

LOLER Plant Inspection

With Health and Safety now at the top of everyone’s priorities we appreciate that keeping your construction equipment in safe working order is critical. At Taylor & Braithwaite we are accredited to carry out thorough examinations to ensure your equipment is compliant.
The vast majority of construction sites are now insistent that any plant machinery on site has a “12 Monthly” or ‘LOLER’ certificate to prove that the unit is in safe working order, and all the correct paperwork to prove this is critical.

What items require LOLER certification?
A LOLER inspection or thorough examination must be completed on all lifting equipment to comply with LOLER. The LOLER definition of lifting equipment includes any equipment used at work for lifting or lowering loads, including attachments used for anchoring, fixing or supporting it.
